Permissive Use of Negative Notice List |

The Court has revised
the Permissive Use of Negative Notice
List (see below) to include Motion to
Determine Secured Status/Value Property
and Motion to Determine Secured Status/Strip
Lien in Chapter 11 cases and Motion
to Offset Funds Filed by Trustee in
Chapter 13 Cases. The revised list may

Proposed
Amended Local Rule 9019-2 (ADR); Mediation |

The judges of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle
District of Florida are considering
significant amendments to Local Rule
9019-2 (ADR); Mediation. The proposed
amended local rule was posted for public
comment commencing May 14, 2013. The
public comment period ended on May 28,
2013. Upon final approval by the judges,
the amended local rule will be posted
on June 1, 2013, with an effective date
of July 1, 2013. |
