* The filing fees include a miscellaneous administrative fee of $46.00. The $46.00 is not due when filing a motion to reopen. The Chapter 7 filing fee also includes a $15.00 fee due to the Trustee

NOTE: The Reopening fee must be paid at the time of filing the motion. However, no fee is required if the reopening is to permit a party to file a complaint to obtain a determination under Rule 4007(b) or when a creditor is violating the terms of the discharge.

The prescribed filing fee, if paid by the Debtor, must be in the form of exact cash, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court.
