From Altamonte – Lake Mary – Maitland
I-4 West – to Exit 84A
Watch for the Colonial Drive exit where I-4 splits and stay right. Take Exit 84A. At the bottom of the exit there is a traffic light. Go straight through light onto Hughey Avenue and get into left lane. Go down 3 traffics lights and turn left into metered public parking under I-4 (Across from Federal Building). Fairwinds Building is at the corner of Garland and Central directly east of I-4.

From Casselberry (436 North)
Take 436 South to Colonial (Hwy. 50) – Go right on 50 to Orange Avenue and turn left on Orange. Go to Central Blvd. and turn right. Cross RR tracks. Century Plaza building is on the right side at the corner of Central and Garland.

From Apoka -Leesburg – Tavares
Take Hwy 441 South(Orange Blossom Trail) to 436 Altamonte Spgs. To I-4 West and Recite I-4 West #84
or
Take 441 South (Orange Blossom Trail) all the way into Orlando crossing over Colonial Drive. Go down several traffic lights to Central Blvd. and take a left. Go down about 6 traffic lights and turn left at Garland then take an immediate left into parking under I-4. Fairwinds Building is at the corner of Central and Garland.

From St. Cloud and Kissimmee area
Take the Turnpike North to Exit 259 for I-4 east
And follow the directions for Tampa

From Tampa
Take the South Street Exit -#82
Continue straight through light at the bottom of the exit onto Garland Avenue.
Go through next 3 lights. The building is on the corner of Central & Garland.

From Town of Clermont
Take Hwy. 50 East to exit 272 – Florida Turnpike and go south toward Miami.
Exit from the Florida Turnpike at exit 265 for the East/West Expressway(Hwy. 408) toward Orlando. Continue east on Hwy 408 and exit on 10A for I-4 East toward Daytona Beach.

Exit I-4 East at Exit #83A and merge onto N. Garland Avenue.
Turn right on W. Amelia and then turn right onto N. Orange Ave.
Turn right on W. Central Blvd. The building will be just past the railroad tracks on the right at the corner of Garland and Central.

From points East
Proceed to the Florida East/West Expressway (Hwy. 408) and go westbound
Exit on exit 11B which takes you to East South Street.
Follow E. South Street 1.1 miles and turn right on s. Garland Avenue
Go 3 blocks and the building will be on the right at the corner of Central and Garland
