Proposed Orders Update - Effective immediately, proposed orders for Judge May will no longer be accepted in open court unless there is an urgent need for immediate entry of the order. Otherwise, all proposed orders must be submitted via the Proposed Orders web page, according to the electronic filing procedures as outlined on the Court’s website and pursuant to Local Rule 9072-1, within three days of a hearing. This policy is aimed at saving our case managers from having to take the extra step of scanning paper orders submitted in open court. 2/1/2011
