Transportation between the Vinoy, Hilton, and Hampton
Inn will be a continuous shuttle service provided
by Carey Mini Buses. Meet in the front lobby if you
will be utilizing the service.

Transportation continued:
Free transportation to/from the Vinoy will be provided
for conference events only (includes mornings and
afternoons for conference, President’s Reception
Monday evening and Banquet Wednesday evening. It does
NOT include any social events including Tuesday night.)
They are 25 passenger shuttles.
The Hilton also has a free 11-passenger shuttle service.
If someone staying at an overflow hotel needs transportation
at odd times, they can take the Looper (10am-5pm),
the Hilton shuttle if applicable or make their own
alternate arrangements.
Transportation to the conference hotels
from the airport:
Taxi - from airport is about $50.00 one-way
(subject to change)
Supershuttle - located in the ground transportation
area in airport near the baggage claim. A one-way
trip ticket is $25.00 or a prepaid round trip ticket
is $46.50. You are not required to make a reservation.
They leave every 15 minutes.

Metro Cars - is a third option that is nice if a
few people are traveling together. They charge between
$60.00 and $66.00 (includes tip) one-way to the downtown
St. Pete hotels. They use luxury cars... probably
a black town car. Reservations need to be made ahead
of time.

The two optional events scheduled for June 30th from
10:30 - 2:30 and July 1 from 10:00 - 2:00 are voluntary
and meant for the families of the people participating
in the conference (members will be in class).
The other optional social events scheduled for Sunday
afternoon (6/28-Rays Game) and Tuesday evening (6/30-Cha
Cha Coconuts and Columbia Restaurant) are also voluntary
activities.

Check (personal checks are acceptable), Money Order,
Purchase Order, PayPal
(What our Court would typically do is pay via purchase
order, but an attendee would send a check for any
additional costs for social activities, payment for
guests, etc. The attendee will need to check with
their Court.)
