The Judicial Conference Privacy Policy was established to protect against publishing private information as of December 1, 2003. With the release installation of CM/ECF v4.2 on 12/5/2011, Documents and Claims filed before December 1, 2003, may be unavailable through PACER. Documents may only be available to court users, case participants and attorneys or by using the court public terminals. Terminated parties to these cases will not be given access through PACER.
