The Clerk's Offices of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida will remain open Monday-Thursday during the federal government shutdown and will continue to accept filings.

Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for electronic filing users. Bankruptcy cases will proceed as normal. Debtors and other interested parties should continue to pay required fees, meet deadlines, and attend scheduled hearings and 341 Meetings of Creditors.
