Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service (BNC) Outage Update (Posted: Tuesday, October 27, 2026)
We understand the Bankruptcy Notice Center resumed service sometime late yesterday after being shut down from approximately October 7 - 26, 2026. We further understand that by October 31, 2026, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center believes it will have processed the backlog of Court-generated notices and orders during the outage period. There will be some duplication of service and we will all need to address post-outage issues related to service and deadlines, but as of now represented parties' responsibility for serving orders and notices under the Court's October 20, 2026 Administrative Order 2026-6 is terminated. The Court will enter an Administrative Order to address issues related to the outage within the next few days. We appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and support as we proceed to address these post-outage issues. Thank you.
Amended Administrative Order Regarding Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service Outage and Extending Certain Deadlines (Posted: Tuesday, October 20, 2026)
As previously announced, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a national disruption. During this disruption, the Court will continue to accept filings, open cases, and process documents according to standard procedures.
Accordingly, the Court finds that emergency temporary procedures are necessary for the continued administration of bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings and to ensure that legally sufficient notices are provided to the parties.

BNC OUTAGE (Posted: Thursday, October 15, 2026)
As previously announced, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a national disruption.
During this disruption, the Court will continue to accept filings, open cases, and process documents according to standard procedures.
However, there may be a delay in the entry and service of notices and orders from the Court as well as the service of 341 Notices until this matter is resolved.
The BNC disruption is also affecting CM/ECF users' access to the mailing matrix. Until resolved, CM/ECF users seeking to serve pleadings and delegated notices/orders may access
the list of creditors and addresses within a case through the following process:
Accessing the List of Creditors:
The above process may be used by anyone with a CM/ECF filing account or a PACER viewing account.
Please note that the list of creditors does not include all interested parties to a case, such as the debtor(s), trustees, or the U.S. Trustee.
Therefore, parties and counsel should review service requirements to ensure that notice is provided to all appropriate parties, including those not listed on CM/ECF's list of creditors.
Please also note that the list of creditors produced through the above process does not include a creditor's preferred mailing address as that functionality
is dependent on BNC functionality and does not indicate a creditor's preferred method of receiving service.
Finally, for now, on October 13, 2026, the Court entered an Administrative Order that can be found here. An amended administrative order may be entered shortly that provides additional details,
relief, and procedures as to this ongoing BNC issue.
