Password Recovery Option for ECF Participants
A password recovery option exists for ECF users. This option will assist participants with the establishment or resetting of a password assigned to the account. The email address required to complete the process must be the primary address listed on the account. All activity on this website will be closely monitored by the IT staff and all questions should be directed to the Help Desk.

Becoming a registered ECF user
Before you can file documents electronically in the Middle District of Florida, you must register with the court. Please review the Court's CM/ECF skills survey, hardware requirements and the tutorials for attorneys and creditors. Click here to view the Court's ECF authorized users list.

The Middle District of Florida now accepts registration forms electronically. If you are an attorney who is registered as ECF participant in a Bankruptcy Court outside of the Middle District or in any District Court, please use the Out of District Registration form.

If your company would like to register for Limited Filing privileges and is currently a registered ECF filer in another district, you are not required to attend a training class. However, you must complete an online Connectivity Exercise as well as complete the online Limited Participant Registration form before a live login and password is issued.

If you are an Attorney practicing in the Middle District of Florida, we ask that you attend the ECF Training class. Complete the Training Registration form.
