Filing Without an Attorney >> Stop Electronic Notification

REQUEST BY INDIVIDUAL PRO SE DEBTOR TO STOP ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION

If you are a debtor who filed a bankruptcy case without representation (pro se debtor), and elected to receive electronic notice by e-mail, you may stop electronic notice and resume United States Mail notification at any time.

Separate requests must be completed for each individual debtor in a joint case (husband and wife).

You will need to fill out a new Request by Individual Pro Se Debtor to Stop Electronic Notice so the Court may update your account.

You may bring or mail the request to the Court.

Please print legibly in all fields.
