Filing Without an Attorney >> Request By Pro Se Creditor To Receive Electronic Notification

REQUEST BY INDIVIDUAL PRO SE CREDITOR TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION

If you are a creditor on a bankruptcy case without an attorney, and have an internet e-mail address, you may elect to receive electronic notice by e-mail whenever a filing is made with the Court in a case on which you are a creditor.

For Creditors, to receive email notifications, separate request must be completed for each individual case on which you are a creditor.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the documents filed in your case through a hyperlink in the e-mail notice.

You will need to apply for a PACER account by accessing the PACER website: www.pacer.uscourts.gov. The first viewing of the document is free. Additional access to the same document will require you to pay an access fee (please visit the PACER website for fee information).

You will need to fill out a new request to receive electronic notice if your email address changes, so the Court may update your account.

You may request to stop electronic notice at any time to resume United States Mail notifications by completing a Request to Stop Electronic Notification.

You may bring or mail the request to the Court.

Please print legibly in all fields.
