Filing Without an Attorney >> Stop Creditor Electronic Notification

REQUEST BY INDIVIDUAL PRO SE CREDITOR TO STOP ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION

If you are a creditor on a bankruptcy case without representation (pro se creditor), and elected to receive electronic notice by e-mail, you may stop electronic notice and resume United States Mail notification.

Separate requests to stop electronic notification must be completed for each case for which you elected to receive electronic notice).

You will need to fill out a new Request by Individual Pro Se Creditor to Stop Electronic Notice so the Court may update your account.

You may bring or mail the request to the Court.

Please print legibly in all fields.
